"Driver was trying to minimise wait at Heathrow. Also traffic issues due to tube strike. Our bags came faster than expected and we exited exactly on time for our 7pm pickup and had to wait 15-20 minutes for driver, however comms were great so we knew exactly what was happening and the driver was excellent, so very happy with journey overall (and I got to have a nice hot chocolate while waiting!)."
